The Civil Emergency Readiness Training Group Amateur Radio Club (CERT-ARC) was formed for the advancement of emergency preparedness response in radio communications within the ranks of our membership.  We do not seek to become a primary source of emergency communication for the general public where there are already established and functioning organizations for this purpose.  Our primary goal is to provide our members with a separate designated frequency and repeater for CERT-Group communications in emergency and exercise events to alleviate traffic on current designated emergency systems and frequencies during actual emergencies and training events.

CERT-ARC performs weekly emergency net exercises at each chapter.  Currently the following chapters host emergency training nets:
